Is Landis Actually Guilty?

The company that tested Landis and found him guilty are also the ones that accused Lance Armstrong of using performance enhancing substances. But in the Armstrong case when asked to come forward and show their evidence in court, they would not. Was his amazing comeback the day after he fell 8 minutes behind Oscar Freire a natural comeback?

Landis has been on medication for a medical problem and I would imagine residuals would perhaps remain in the body for quite some time..

Hagel: Iraq Is In A ‘Very Defined Civil War’
Today on Fox News Sunday, Sen. Chuck Hagel (R-NE) said that Iraq is in a “very defined civil war” and that the Middle East is “the most unstable we’ve seen since 1948.” He also reiterated that the United States needs to begin withdrawing troops within the next six months because staying the course just continues to “kill Americans and put Americans in the middle of a civil war that we have less and less control and influence over every day.”

I agree.. Landis has been on medication.. So, that test can show positive on Landis. What is really sad is the backlash from the press with Landis.. The same press did the same thing to Armstrong when he tested "positive." We have another runner who won an olympic medal who tested positive along with olympic medal runner Marion Jones who is suspected of doping.. Like those other athletes that are under investigation, I think we all should withhold judgement until we get both sides of the story before we condemn. Right now, the media is looking for sensationalism to a story.. And the media has become judge, jury, and executioner to these athletes who are under investigation.

This corporation just does not want a American to lead this sport.

That's true Jordan. They were upset with Armstrong holding a record of the most wins at the Tour of France. Who is to say Landis is getting the same backlash too?
